Athletic History: Competitive Hockey player. Member of Team Ontario Blue 2005 Women’s U-18 Hockey Team, 2006/2007 QSSF Women’s Hockey Rookie Award Winner, 2007-08 CIS All-Star Team, 2008 CIS All-Star team, 2009 CIS All-Star team
Gold Medalist with Team Canada at the World University Games Harbin China 2009, Red Bull Crashed Ice Female Finalist 2010, 5 Year Assistant Captain University of Ottawa Varsity Women’s Hockey Team, 2010 Inducted into the Wallaceburg Sports Hall as Female athlete of the Year. 2 yrs experience in power-lifting and Olympic Lifting. 6 yrs experience in explosive sport specific plyometric training.  

Certifications, Credentials and Experience (all valid and current): University of Ottawa B.A major in Criminology minor Leisure Studies 2010, Can-Fit-Pro Personal Trainer Specialist, Can-Fit-Pro Nutrition and Wellness Specialist, Coach Stream Certification, CPR/First Aid, Strength and Conditioning Coach UofO Varsity Women’s Hockey Program 2010-present.
