Gold Medalist with Team Canada at the World University Games Harbin China 2009, Red Bull Crashed Ice Female Finalist 2010, 5 Year Assistant Captain University of Ottawa Varsity Women’s Hockey Team, 2010 Inducted into the Wallaceburg Sports Hall as Female athlete of the Year. 2 yrs experience in power-lifting and Olympic Lifting. 6 yrs experience in explosive sport specific plyometric training.

Ghyslain Hotte is an Epic Fitness Sponsored Athlete. He will be competing in the 2013 Red Bull Crashed Ice International Event. He has competed in Quebec City for the past 5 years, but this year he's taking it to the next level. Ghyslain will be in the best shape of his life this year while training with Owner/Performance Coach Neil Frotten.
